The Gospel in 140 characters
In 1 Peter 3:15 we are told “If you are asked about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it.” This afternoon I noticed a twitter message from a random person asking me to ‘tell them more about this God fellow’. Which got me thinking, how do you explain the Christian hope within the 140 character limit on twitter?
This is what I came up with: “We sinned, God still loves us, Jesus died and rose, trust Him, repent, be forgiven, live free, have eternal life” (it’s a bit less than 140 characters as I had to leave room fr the guy’s username at the start)
